Sparkle Story – Chantel Tremitiere, Ph.D (2019)
Chantel Tremitiere grew up in York, Pennsylvania. At Auburn, she was a member of a team who won three Southeastern Conference Championships and played in 3 consecutive National Championships. After receiving a degree in Marketing/Public Relations, she began coaching at Universities nationwide. Chantel was drafted 18th overall in the inaugural WNBA by the Sacramento Monarchs. She would play another six years professionally, both in the United States and overseas. Chantel produced a multi-platinum song for Hip Hop Artist Master P of No Limit, which sold over 10 million copies worldwide, and opening videos for the WNBA Utah Starzz and NBA Utah Jazz. She is the also Founder of BLANK Mindz, an entertainment company focused on branding, marketing, music & video production. In 2014, she returned to Auburn University as a women’s basketball assistant coach while she earned her Masters of Business Administration. She then completed her doctoral dissertation and graduated with a Ph.D. in Educational Foundations, Leadership, and Technology. Please watch the video to see how Club Sparkle changed her life!
